Clarence John "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice actor, best known for his roles in Highlander (1986), The Shawshank Redemption (1994), and Starship Troopers (1997). He has also provided his voice to iconic roles such as Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants (1999–present) and Surtur in the superhero film Thor: Ragnarok (2017).
He portrays Ed Sawyer in Emergence.
